Wellness & creativity has been a common thread that’s invigorated my life over the past 2 decades!!! Oh lawddd, I said decades!!!

As co-founder of the first Black woman owned body positive yoga studio in the country, I’m excited to EXPAND my vision for The Brooklyn Wellness Club to INCLUDE all things wellness, creativity, & community!

I look forward to The Brooklyn Wellness Club being a multi-generational wellness & creative space for us to grow, thrive, & affirm all of who we are because WE ARE WELL & ALL IS WELL. Let’s go!!!
